Keyhan Jafarian

I am Keyhan Jafarian, a university lecturer and project control specialist with expertise in project management and organizational productivity.
Over the past few years, I have been actively teaching and working on various project control methodologies such as scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, resource optimization, and quality assurance. I am proficient in using professional tools and platforms including Primavera, MS Project, and Agile frameworks, applying them to both academic and industrial projects.
In addition to my academic role, I also serve as a consultant in project management and control, providing professional advice in the fields of planning, monitoring, and performance evaluation for organizations and companies.
I am passionate about sharing knowledge, helping students and professionals build strong foundations in project management, and contributing to the success of complex and large-scale projects.
